Project Management & Supervision
We always prefer to supervise the construction phase of our design as we believe that we have a responsibility to ensure that projects are constructed or built to design. We also believe that the responsibility of the designer also extends to the end users of the designed facility. To ensure that our designs attain the designed service life, it is necessary to ensure that all aspects of material selection, quality control & curing and construction techniques are carried out using best practice at construction phase. Increased durability will normally be achieved through adequate maintenance. To this end, we recommend that designers be part of the project supervision team.
Structural Engineering Design
We provide structural design in reinforced concrete, steel or in composite material. Our design solutions are optimized using internationally tested and proven computer aided design packages such as Staad-Pro, Sframe, Tedds, Fastrak and spreadsheets. We ensure that we design to the current design standards. We also produce all our structural drawings in autoCAD.
Steel Fabrication Drawings
We have experienced engineers and CAD technicians to produce steel fabrication drawings and schedules. Our expertise in shop drawings have been proven in some major projects we have carried out.
AutoCAD Drawings
We produce the drawings for all our designs ranging from scheme drawings to full construction details. We give good attention to details as we understand that a well detailed construction drawing is vital in the successful outcome of any project. We are also able to produce from site measurements, as-built drawings for existing buildings and structures.
Architectural Design
We have in our partnership chaterred architects who produce all the architectural design to meet client requirements and advise in the best selection of material. This partnership is vital to deliver a complete design solution to our clients.
